The primary function of the Educational Interpreter is to facilitate effective communication among students who are deaf or hard of hearing, their hearing peers, classroom teachers, and other school personnel. The Educational Interpreter provides interpreting services throughout the school day to support the student's access to instruction, communication, and participation in academic and non-academic activities.

These classrooms are built on strong relationships, individualized support, and celebrating the small victories that make a big difference.
